"Dedicated and Caring Staff"

My mum has been in Elizabeth House since nov 09 she has settled in really well, it was all strange at first but all the the staff made her feel so welcome and she has come to trust them and as she says nothing is too trouble for them if she needs anything. With that it is so reasurring to know that she is looked after so well, also the staff are so friendly with relatives which makes us feel welcome any time we visit well done to each of you for all your hard work you do keep it up ..
