"Be fair!"

I have just read the review dated the 6th of June. We work very hard to offer customers great value for money. The range the reviewer refers to is Barn Oak. The wooden front referred to is oak. The interior is solid wood and either oak or pine. These details are on a 6ft notice by the furniture and on our website. The 3-drawer bedside for example is fully factory assembled with dovetailed drawers. It costs £47. It is not only great value but we sell it, and the rest of the range, at the lowest price in Europe. How can it be "definitely expensive"?

Some items on the shop floor will be scratched. Hundred of customers handle our displays. The items people actually buy are brand new, export wrapped and boxed. Where we do sell ex display items they are clearly marked as such on a different colour and style of ticket. Any damage is also marked on this ticket..
