"Who died?"

A review of Matalan by Disappointed written on Friday 24th of April 2009

I visited the Chrchgate store today and was served by two different women at the 'customer services' desk, both of whom looked as miserable as sin and like they would have rather been anywhere else than there. Neither smiled at me at any time and whist they did their job and were not rude, it would have been nice to have felt they were vaguely interested in helping me.

In contrast the chap who was manning the changing rooms at luchtime was friendly and helpful and could have taught both other members of staff a thing or two about 'customer service' .
