"Not Happy with the New Bank In Crawley"

A review of Barclays Bank PLC by Priscilla Lambert written on Saturday 7th of January 2023

1. The Machines in the Bank are not as good as the ones they had when Barclays was in the High Street one customer said they could not see the machines like those Barclays had onthe HIght street because theyhave cataracts taking into account we had to do without a bank onsite for 3 months

2. The Machine outside in the wall is better than the machines inside but as it along the walkway wherethey are lots of people not secure

3. Barclays should visit NationWide opposite Marks and Spencer in Crawley they place is small and they have far more better machines than Barclays

4. There too few machines iin the Bank and one could have been easily installed where the screen is

5. There is an Open Day on Wednesday and this is not even advertised on the screen next to the Machines>

6. The Bank could have asked for feedback when the new bank opened but they did not and there is no longer a phone where a customer can call Barclays (They had one inthe High Street)

have beenmore than 20 years with Barclays but the new set up is rubbish.
