"Good service"

A review of HSBC Bank PLC by Mrs Mary Chesters written on Thursday 30th of September 2021

I had reason to visit my bank at Gallowtree gate in Leicester, I am 80 years old and registered partially sighted,And even getting to the branch was very difficult.

I was unable to find my passport,I did have my bus pass for picture identity.

However that did not meet the criteria for withdrawing the amount of cash I needed.

However I was lucky enough to be served by Carley-Anne who was very empathetic and calm, she in turn spoke to her Manager and together they met my needs.

This might sound a simple transaction but for me just getting to the bank was traumatic.as it is for thousands of old people,

The two members of staff that I dealt with are a credit to the HSBC

They have my sincere thanks long may the reign.
