"Address change not acknowledged"

A review of Barclays Bank PLC by Hugh Davies written on Monday 31st of May 2021

I have tried several times to advise the bank of my change of address - I live abroad - from phone calls to emails to even sending notarized proof of new address via courier. I have proof of receipt of this delivery from DHL, but still the bank does not respond. My statements are being delivered to an old address, and i have no control over who is opening these statements. Anyone have a suggestion how to resolve this situation?.
