Premier Mobility fitted two ceiling hoists for my disabled civil partner, one in his bedroom and the other in our wetroom.

The fitters rang me the day before installation to confirm, we were still ok for them to attend and also check we had no COVID-19 symptoms or been told to self isolate. They also said what time they expected to arrive at our home.

The team arrived on time, wearing face masks, they were both extremely polite & friendly, when my partners arrived at lunchtime, the fitters ensured that the wetroom and hallway were cleared of their equipment etc so they could wheel him to the wetroom.

They also swept, hoovered and dusted the areas that they had been working in, they also demonstrated how to use the hoists and the emergency manual controls.

If you are lucky enough like we were to have Sam & Jamie do the installing of your equipment expect the work to be completed to a high standard..
