"Ex employee, bad experience"

In training was all about attaining targets. It was a name and shame organisation. All advisors names were put on a large board with the amount of jobs found for their customers. If you did not attain goal you were scrutinised and no constructive support given. I was eventually sacked because of false reports going back to my manager by my team leader. I wasn't given a fair disciplinary. I was escorted from building straight after being told that I had no job. Many others lost their jobs at the same time.
