"New shower room"

Dear John

I feel that I need to write a review and also say a great big THANK YOU, I absolutely love my new showeroom.

John worked really hard, was courteous and polite to me and mum, was punctual and arrived exactly when he said he would, kept social distance, used mask and ppe (when required) , kept me informed about what would be happening day to day, kept everywhere spotless, he only disturbed us when absolutely necessary, I've probably forgotten to add loads more but I can't sing his praises enough also the rest of the team were exceptional,,,

Thank you once again and a Merry Christmas and Happy New year.
