"Questions ++++ are not good customer service"

A review of Syston Post Office by Night nurse written on Friday 4th of December 2020

I am so sick of this post office . Before the parcels are on the scales aggressive questioning starts .

What’s in it ?

What’s the value ?

Despite already having a customs form attached .

The person never bothers to just read it, but rather embarrass you in a full post office , to reveal the content .

This or they are trying to sell your broadband at the counter expecting you to again reveal personal details in a full busy post office.

While elderly customers are still queuing extending outside up the street in all weathers.

Queues are common place despite Covid , no sanitary stations for hand hygiene , have ever been present .

The parcel rules change every time you go in and the prices .

Staff are always in short supply , with usual one serving and the rest including the manager in the back room.

Customer service appears the last thing to be delivered here , I must travel outside my area to change this . But of course Covid rules stop me doing this ..
