"CANCELLATION OF STANDING ORDER"

I went personally to Barclays Bank in Willesden High Road, London and gave a hand written letter to a female staff member marked ‘For the attention of The Manager’ Private and Confidential ’. Informing the Manager that my sister had gone into a care home with dementia and would not be capable to cancel her Standing Order. Therefore, would they be so kind as to cancel the STANDING ORDER, which she had set up with them to pay her rent. However, they still haven’t cancelled it and have taken another months rent from her account. I am very disappointed with Barclays Bank. I expected much more care and professionalism from them..
