"Missing Paperwork"

A review of Barclays Bank PLC by Furious written on Thursday 28th of May 2020

I posted a very important envelope on 24/02/2020 to Barclays Bank

Liecester LE87 2BB.

This was sent to Barclays Bank address in error,it should have been sent to

Barclays Bank UK Retirement Fund in Redhill Surrey.

Despite trying to contact Barclays (Liecester) several times by phone & 2 Letters, I have heard nothing from them.

If their postal department had received said envelope, opened it & found to be incorrectly addressed,surely someone should have either sent it back to the sender or Acertained

where it should have been sent too.

My name & address was clearly marked on the rear of the envelope.

The documents in the envelope contained very personal information, & were to do with settling a pension claim,to enable a will could be administered .

Why is Barclays so difficult to contact & when I phoned them, all I got was another call centre to contact.

I am lost for words.
