"Awful people, awful service"

Awful customer service and awful people. My grandfather had booked a trip away with Moon World Travel before poor health meant that he could no longer go away. We complied with all agreed terms and requested a PARTIAL refund due to the circumstances, understanding that a full refund was not appropriate, but that we were legally entitled to a partial refund. Over 8 months later Moon World Travel have been evading the issue, ignoring phone calls and emails, even trying to direct us to their sister company rather than fulfilling the partial refund. We will be starting legal proceedings and ensuring all friends and family never use Moon World Travel again..
