A review of SwopNSave by Nazmeen Seedat written on Monday 27th of August 2018
Its regarding the Samsung Tab S 10.5" 16 GB T 800 which i purchased on 24/06/2018. when we purchased the Tab it was Off we asked the sales person GED who assisted us. why is it not turning on? He said the battery is low please keep it on charging and it will work. So we even asked him if it doesn't work then he said we will refund you straight away. He also told us its got a warranty of 24 months for any problems including battery. We bought it and when we kept it on charge it took 6 hrs to just charge 10 %.
So we came to repair it and Mr Yasin asked us to give them 72 hrs so we will get it sorted. We gave him whole week. he said it cannot do anything as it is been damaged. We are not asking for refund we want it to be at least repaired. Now when we have got if its been damaged more from your end i will attach few picture below.
I'm really not happy with this. I bought it for my sons Birthday so he can spent time on it in School Holidays. Kids are really upset because it dint play on it properly bcz of the battery issue. Please Let us know what to be done because £150 is not a small amount to let it go.and the replied we cant help u.sorry..
