"Not customer focused"

The set up of the post office in the bargain booze shop has led to a poorer service. The newer less experienced staff do not show interest in customers and do not behave in a professional way as was the case in the dedicated post office. The queuing system alongside customers purchasing other goods is confusing and badly managed resulting is those waiting for postal services often over-looked and waiting excessively whilst other customers are served ahead..
