"Not fit for purpose"

Office software on these PC's over 11 years out of date & very basic so not compatible with other software - could not do the simple task I went in to do but still charged me.

It was reasonable to expect their basic software to be fairly modern/compatible when I booked computer.

Bad way of doing business...
