"Dont bank with these"

Had an appointment for 10.30 on Saturday 10th march when i arrived they didnt know about my appointment...got fobbed off with an excuse...said can we wait 2 hours to meet someone????what happened to my appointment ????..i phoned this appointment on 055 114 86248....on Wednesday 7th march....to get told this...utter bad bank.....
