"I did not get my refund at all within the 30days policiy"

I brought steel toe cap Trucka boots, wore it for 3 days, went back to the store and asked for a refund. They did not give me a refund or anything else. The shoes were really bad as it left burnt marks on my ankle no matter what type of socks I wore from thin to thick, it still burnt my ankles. I told them this was the problem with these shoes and they did not take them back because they were worn for 3 days.

I am very upset about the service . This has never happened to me with any other stores which I have been rejected for the 30 day returns policy. Unfortunately I have 9 days left of the receipt . Is there anyone that can help me? Is there anyone that can enlighten me? because I am not satisfied. I am angry, upset and feeling very unfortunate ..
