"Absolute ineptness/deliberately mislead,refuse me access to speak to manager,THR"

Deliberately mislead me, knowingly lie n give me false information,refused access to speak to manager on at least 3 occasions...knowingly falsified documents...

mrs TANK,manager at new walk simply werent interested n palmed me off...wrongly taken money from benefit for 6 yrs after stating it was their mistake,but no refund n continue to deduct monies WHEN the decide to pay me...i heard an advisor TELLING an indian couple how to get round the system,coincidently advisor also indian....
