"Flooding"

After many contacts with you about the flooding to the rear of my property also 6 other properties we dont seem to be getting any where the suituation is getting worse with fences and land subsiding this flooding started when you had a mains leak on oadby rd your engineers dont think that is the problem but we all need answers our gardens are wrecked every engineers that has been round to look have said its bad but that is far as it goes please can you somebody round asap to tell myself and the other six properties i know we have had alot of rain and snow but this has been going on three months we all have had enough now we need answers from yourselfs or we will have to take futher
