I think provident is gone garbish had an loan agreement when taken loan out with provident the agreement was the caller would call for money around 8pm on a Thursday each week now provident shat on the customer saying can't call at 8pm on a Thursday you hav to now hav 4hour time slot for caller to call witch is garbish thank Craig387.
