"Incorrect product"

We purchased through Amazon roof rack rail bars for our Vauxhall Astra. On receiving this product it was the incorrect one. We returned to you & feel that we should reimburse for the postage paid by us. The order number I'D is 206/2980393/5757903. Awaiting your reply by return.
