"Signing on "

I had to cancel a appointment to sign on to day . Though I know i will not get my payment un till at a later date . Why carn't we sign on on line if we can not get to the job centre to sign on . I suffer badly from depression and find it so difficult to go out of my home . I have problems with my teeth i keep getting Abscesses ware a filling came out . I have had bad history with dentist's in the past and though that I am frightened to go and BECOUSE of depression. I was told on my phone call to day at the job centre they will send out a form that I will have to sign and send it straight back in after my GP gives me a sick note and signs the form . I can not get in to see a GP as iv stride ringing at 8.30 on the dot and to find the line is engaged. But I keep trying and when I get though to the resepshionest all the GP appointments have gone . So now it will not be un till next week before I can make an appointment to see my GP. So I will not get my payment from the job centre un till late next week . This situation is making my depression worse . I can not help being ill. I'm 61 years old and paid my taxes . This situation needs to be looked at . No wonder people are taking there own lives when they suffer from mental health problems. I can honestly relate to them . It's truly k k..
