"Falling apart after 13 years "

Unfortunately Vale View Windows are just not built to last. 13 years on with good maintenance they are falling apart 5 of my windows have fogged between the glazing, seals are literally hanging out of the window frames, the paint is coming off the conservatory roof making it look tired and old. (This was only replaced 5 years ago) For the money paid I would expect more than 13 years from these windows however I find myself having to replace them after such a short period of time. I have owned pairs of jeans for longer. .
