"Starts off good then lets you down repeatedly"

When you first start to use them they are brilliant but once they think they have your custom the are a constant let down.

My colleague is late for work at least 2 to 3 times a week due to them not arriving at the time they promise. To make matters worse they lie to her when she phones them to ask where they are, it is not even a traffic issue as she lives near to their base and there are always lots of fosse taxis just sitting outside the Aikman avenue shops doing nothing in the morning. My colleague has now given up using them and has gone to another taxi company.

Stay away from them, they cannot fulfill their commitments and constantly lie telling you they are just around the corner then 5 to 10 minutes later you have to call them again because your taxi still has not turned up..
