"Wonderful service"

I went there seeking a replacement cartridge for a lever type bath tap that was dripping badly. I went to B&Q but no luck. I went to a plumbers' merchants (I wont say who) but was said shooed away - no chance. Someone suggested I go to JA Clarke.

They could not have been more helpful. They didn't have the part but located it on Ebay and suggested I order it myself. So they made nothing from my visit. This is old fashioned service at its best. I will certainly go back there if/when I'm looking for a new bathroom!
