"Never again "

I ordered roses from this florest. She particularly asked what colour I would like and I clearly said red , anyway when my husband picked them up they were blue . I immediately went back to get them changed . She said to me 'oh I said blue ' well if I said blue I wouldn't be back at the shop. Anyway she said to her colleague 'get them changed ' well she picked the red roses out of bucket which looked like they were dying already . Quickly picked out the horrible petals from the bottom quickly wrapped em up and sent me off .

Wasn't happy at all . .
