"Extremely poor service"

A review of Blunts Shoes by Ex customer written on Sunday 26th of February 2017

Blunts used to be so good with friendly and efficient service. After a recent visit to their store, things have changed dramatically, it is now very poor. Although there were numerous staff available we were totally ignored. Eventually, after being in the shop for around 20 minutes, a member of staff did help us. I must say the member of staff (a mature lady) did her best fo assist us.

Everyone else was so disinterested.

Such a shame but we will not be returning to this store..
