"Nevery again"

I got my bangles made, on the collection day they were much lighter then the agreed weight and I was told there is no way they make those bangles for the weight which was written on the receipt. I showed them what they jot down on the receit but they denied. Also they were tight and I was told I must have swelling on my hands. I am extremely disappointed as I don't want to even look at my bangles. Thanks for your sweet talk Mr jewler. .
