"Bus tracking system"

The display of bus times at bus stops the present system does not work correctly, on a number of ocassionsI have walked from Victoria park to the bus stop at Evington road even though the bus stop display says the next 31 bus is not for another 6 minuetes after 1 minute walking I have been passed by a 31 bus this has happened on numerous occvassions extremely frustrating ( excuse spelling please .
