"Other branch"

This branch was realy friendly and helpful but unfortunately has closed As customers we ae now having to go to the branch at East Park Road. Today I went and the sevice was poor. At the counter one member of staff was eating her lunch and the atmosphere was one of " who are you " rather than " its good to see you again how can we help " THINK ITS TIME TO CHANGE OPTICIANS........
