Installed new boiler 4yrs ago. Periodic problems, inc. new wireless sensor and thermostat ((£190.00 charged), despite yearly servicing. Latest service carried out by another eng. Who pointed out that the air inlet pipe had never been fitted. No comment from Dawes/ .
