"Bad Customer Service"

We paid nearly £1,000 for a bespoke gate to be made by Hortus Ligneous. Sam was keen enough to take our order and make the gate, but completely ignores you when there are any issues! I have had tried to contact him several times by phone, text, twitter and email but nothing! The gate has split on the top joint and has dropped and there are also several areas where the wood has split. The lock also stained the gate and left a nasty mark.

Pity they feel that there customers are not worthy of any customer service.
