Anonymous,booked flight last March to travel in December 2015 to Pakistan via Dubai. Was told stop over was 2 hours 40 mins by Al shafqat travel but when we travelled the stopover was 22 hours by Emirates which they had emailed to the travel agent back in July. I spoke to the travel agent when I returned and they denied receiving the email.I wanted refunding for the hotel we had to pay for due to their error, everytime I rang their office I was told the manager is away on business for a few weeks. I ended taking them to a small claims court and I won. Very unhappy with their service and would not recommend. .
