"Did not turn up"

Booked a taxi for 07:45 to get to work. Taxi nver turned up couldn't get an answer from phone. Eventually got through 2 hours later and was told the booking should not have been taken in the first place. No reason as to why we were not told it was not coming. Very poor service..
