After a rather traumatic experience at another shop I decided to try Kazbah on the recommendation of my friends. From the start of my visit there I knew this was the place for me. Staff were extremely friendly and the lady owner reassured me that I was in good hands. I went in for my piercing and I am sad to say that I actually cried because I was so nervous but the lady piercer reassured me and told me that I would be fine. She chatted to me the entire time and I didn't even realize my piercing was done! She was amazing and explained all of my aftercare to me as well as giving me all the information written down. I can't recommend Kazbah enough! They went above and beyond to make me as comfortable and relaxed as possible. .
