"NOBODY WANTS TO HELP"

My phone was broken but no worry I have insurance, so my phone (iphone 6)is sent off for repair/replacement and I am given the most deadfull phone which dose not work or for that matter will not charge !!!

when I eventually get my phone back after half an hour it stops working so I take it back and have to go through the same rubbish phone thing again and now it seems my phone is lost. I have been hanging on the phone foe 30 mins after being cut off from the last call when I was trying to find out what going on.

most of the people I have spoken to have been rude and unhelpfull

still waiting on the phone !!!!!!.
