"Urine smell throughout the nursery!!!"

Very disappointed with the nursery! Staff are extremely rude don't know how to smile! Owner walks around with her dog in her apron whilst loose dog pop and urine surrounding the children! Rotten smell of urine much work needed tbh! Blonde hair staff with glasses very rude and cold towards children and parents! Overall I'm very upset to ecoerince such a bad experience would rate them zero. .
