Hi Adelle, the lady you speak of with the long white hair, is not old, far from it. Her name is Rissa, and not rissole, I can only assume that was an auto correct on your device.

Rissa is cool, friendly and really nice, sometimes, when the shop is very busy, the staff don't always have time to stop and chit chat, unless you ask a specific peircing question. They are, however, always friendly. I personally don't think the music is too loud at all and on many occasions, just because you don't see Julie and Martin, it doesn't mean they're not around.
