"Why have a contact number"

Tried ringing John Cheatle on Charles St.

Used the number on the web page (which is the same as directory enquiries), doesn't ring,just hangs up,no connection.

So travel into town to buy school uniforms from them.

"Sorry no stock"

Asked the question about the phone and got "well you know how it is".

No I don't know how it is, a company with no phone line, not good is it.

See why they went into administration a few years ago, with attitude like that.

They hold a monopoly for certain schools, and unfortunately my daughters go to one of them. So I have to use a place that I'd miss by a mile if I could.
