"Disappointed and angry"

Disappointed. After care service is not good sent e mail to magnet on Thursday 11 august still waiting reply to why cooker hood was not vented when they fitted kitchen this is a totally useless price of kitchen equipment and was not cheap. Come on magnet I deserve s reply from you???????.
