I recently went on a course via the job center as i was unemployed, they said it would improve my chances of getting a job. At the end of the course they would pay for the licence (which the course led to), after passing the course they said they wouldnt pay for the licence unless i got a job needing it. So i applied for jobs, saying the social would pay for the licence if i got the job. I got offered a job, the social now say: NO WAY, they will not pay.

The new walk job centre mission statment:

The purpose of the new walk job center is to keep as many people on the dole as possible, to make sure your efforts to find a job will be fruitless, and to cause as much distress as possible.

This will enable for the jobcentre, to have a high level of unemployed people so no one need lose there's at the jobcentre..
