"Sledge hammers, morgues and beds of fire!"

This surgery is the biggest waste of precious land that could be used for something more useful like a morgue because if you are a patient at this practice you are either better or dead by the time you can be seen. The staff are completely incompetent and the majority of Doctors are a waste of space. They encourage their patients to go to the nearest walk in centre and refuse to see others who have clearly stated that they have been told by the hospital that they need to be seen urgently by a GP before they can be referred. The phone lines might as well not exist as they are always on hold and the music in the background makes me want to lie on a bed of fire. The TV in reception is also a waste of electricity as it plays three slides over and over and by the time I leave the waiting room I have a strong urge to come back and smash it with a sledge hammer..
