What a lie. After the work was done it was later dropped by the owner of the laptop. The evidence of a dropped laptop was obvious. You simply can’t go round blaming KP Computers for some that you did after a month’s use just to get your money back for something you did. 12 year in repair service, I do know when there’s a fault or damage done. The warranty covers work done but do not cover laptop that is misused and damage by owner. If you think that was bad workmanship then get me the independent report to say that it was faulty parts and workmanship. Surely you seen the work before you took it back with you so why report it as such after a month. Be careful in what you say as you can be sued for deformation
