"Dissapointed!"

So,i have a Smasung Laptop & the Power Socket was Failing!Basicall,you`d Plug the Charger in & it wouldn`t always connect & Charge!

I thought,yeah,lets support the little Guy & went to KP Computers!£55 later & a WEEK without my Unit & the situation only got worse!

After just ONE Week the Problem resurfaced!I was assured by the Guy `HEY,any Problems bring it back & we`ll Sort it Out`!So I did!

Not only was I Refused Service but told it must be my Fault!I now have indentations in my Lap-Top where the Work was carried out,A Failing Power Socket & a bad taste in my mouth!

The WARRANTY isn`t Worth Jack!The Work Questionable & the Price EASILY as much as the Big Boys!

Pretty Poor Experience in my Book!.
