"Always very helpful on phone and in store"

My husband normally deals with CSB for most of our DIY materials. This time I needed to know if they had item in store that I required, I rang spoke to very pleasant lady who got someone to look for me, no irritation in voice as with plenty of other places who just cannot be bothered, maybe because this is a family run business. I went half an hour later and got splendid service. .
