A review of Locker Hull & Thornton Ltd by Jamie robinson written on Tuesday 20th of October 2015
I sent them a Mondaine watch that needed a new strap and decided to have a new battery at the same time. After 3 weeks I contacted them to ask on the progress and was told "Oh, it looks like we forgot to contact you with a price". More than 5 weeks after I sent the watch (and 2 weeks after my partner's birthday - foolishly I thought that 3 weeks was enough time to change a strap and battery) I'm told it's way back to me (whoopee) and despite a freindly enquiry as to whether they might reduce the charge given their error, the delay was not mentioned (nor any of my correspondence) and the full amount of just shy of £60 was charged,
My advice, based purely on my personal experience, is don't deal with these people.
