"Poor service!!!!!!!"

I arrived 10mins late due to an accident on the road so as I was ten minutes late they would only give my daughter half a brace even though there was No one whats so ever in the waiting room I would have to make another appointment and as I used my last holiday day off at work that means a day off with No pay I've only waited a year for braces today is october16th and I can't have the other brace put on till December time and as its Friday and its closed till Monday no one is available for help as my daughter is sobbing in pain I have to ring and get advice off Google thankyou I will get advice on this treatment else where!!!!!!!.
