I ordered a duvet cover from Birmingham through the Leicester Branch at Gallowtree Gate. As the item was being discontinued and Birmingham was the only store with this particular duvet cover, and it was stock-taking time, it was not possible for them to send it to the Leicester Store for collection at that time. I was asked if I would wait for 9-10 weeks, so I agreed to do that. After some weeks, I contacted the Leicester store, who said they would look into it, as I had heard nothing. They contacted the Birmingham store, who then sent the items by post to me, not charging me for the delivery. Both the Leicester store and the Birmingham store were prompt in contacting me when they said they would, and were extremely helpful. I was kept in the picture the whole time and the order was tracked down and sent by special delivery. I could not have wished for better customer service. .
