A review of Next by Annoyed customer written on Saturday 3rd of October 2015

Unless you are prepared to wait for a very long time contact by phone is hopeless. They keep saying they are doing their best. It is a joke and pathetic that a customer has to wait for such a long time to get to speak to anybody..
